Use of website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, access restricted areas without authorization, or use the site to transmit malicious code or spam.

Services & scope

We provide engineering, automation, integration, test benching, and related services. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms will be defined in a proposal, quotation, statement of work (SOW), purchase order (PO), or written communication accepted by both parties.

• Any scope changes may require revised cost/timeline (“change request”).
• Client dependencies (access, samples, data, approvals) impact schedules.

Quotations, approvals & acceptance

Quotations are typically valid for a limited period unless stated otherwise. Work begins after written confirmation (email/PO/SOW) and any required advance payment (if applicable). Deliverables will be considered accepted when: (a) formally approved in writing, or (b) used in production/operations, or (c) no feedback is received within a reasonable review window agreed in the SOW.

Payments & invoicing

Payment terms (milestones, advance, net days) will be defined in the proposal/SOW/invoice. Late payments may delay delivery or support. Any statutory taxes or duties are applicable as per law unless explicitly included.

Client responsibilities

To deliver reliably, clients may need to provide accurate requirements, timely approvals, and access to relevant systems/samples where applicable. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is lawful and does not violate third-party rights.

• Provide correct specifications, acceptance criteria, and constraints.
• Provide safe access to equipment/sites and qualified operator support where required.

Warranty & support

If a warranty or support period is offered, it will be defined in the SOW/proposal. Warranty typically covers defects in deliverables attributable to our work under normal intended use. It does not cover issues caused by unauthorized changes, third-party systems, misuse, unstable power/network conditions, or changes in requirements after acceptance.

Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared during engagement (specs, drawings, process details, test data) will be treated as confidential and used only to deliver services, unless disclosure is required by law or explicitly permitted by you.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Abha Tech Solutions retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, libraries, and know-how used to deliver services. Upon full payment, the client typically receives the right to use the delivered project outputs for internal/business operations, subject to the SOW.

• Third-party software/licenses remain governed by their respective terms.
• Custom transfer/assignment terms can be added in the SOW if required.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abha Tech Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, production downtime, or business interruption) arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as per the termination terms in the SOW/proposal. If terminated, the client remains responsible for payment for work completed and approved expenses incurred up to the termination date.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
